Resolved Question: how long does da have in bend Oregon to file charges before it is dismissed?

i got pulled over in bend Oregon for speeding and found out my license issued in cali was suspended?i was in a rental car.i was informed it was against the law in oregon asked to get out of the car while it was searched.they found pot and and meth..i was arrested.i posted bail that night.i was never given any drug tests at all.i was told on my release i couldnt lcouldn'te state of oregon nor could i retrive possions from car.i didnt rent car someone else did and had been driving car till i was allowed to drive it.hince me not even knowing some of the things they found..so i have been to court twice and they tell me to leave they dont even know who i am? im confussed n scared.ive since gotten license back.im back in cali but still no word?it happened on april 30.2010 so i just want to know how long do they have to press charges before they are dropped?my bail money was sent back with only a little over $100.00 taken out...
